Join our “Hit the Trails” 5k Run/Walk for the kids

5k Run/Walk begins at 9:00 AM

The Howard Suamico Optimist Club is proud to announce our annual “Hit the Trails” 5K Run/3k Walk on Saturday, September 6, 2025.  Our event will feature a timed 5K run a 3K walk and a cupcake sprint for kids age 7 and under.   The course will take runners through the beautiful Reforestation Camp trail system beginning at The Ski Lodge. 

Sponsorships are available and a silent raffle will add to the fun.  Medals for top three mens and womens, medals for top three youth, 17 and under ( boys and girls), Door Prizes, and a Bake Sale await you.  Join us for a morning of fun and great exercise as money is raised to help the youth of our local communities.
