Tina Seifert introduced Officer Jim Dagneau, who was the first directed enforcement officer (DEO) in Brown County. In December 2006, DEO Dagneau was promoted by the village to DEO II. It is the responsibility of the Village DEO officers to oversee the safeguarding of lives and property, maintaining order and keeping the peace, preventing and detecting crime, and helping those in need. Officer Dagneau spoke to us about the drug use in the community. Thank you for your service Jim!
