DESCRIPTION:2023 Christmas Parade\n\n\nCome and experience the floats\, bands\, candy\, and Santa on the streets of Howard. The parade route \n\n\n\nwill remain the same as usual going from Bay View Middle School down Cardinal Lane to Glendale Ave\, \n\n\n\nthen east to Harwood to Woodale Ave and finishing back at Bay View Middle School. \n\n\n\nThere is NO cost to enter\, so gather your friends and family together to construct a float and join in the \n\n\n\nfestivities. ALL UNITS MUST BE DECORATED TO REFLECT THE THEME OF THE PARADE “ Christmas \n\n\n\nThrough the Decades”.
